A safe space to open up and support other like minded people, while learning useful techniques around stress management. As part of the Seminar we will create fun soaps to take home. To round of the beautiful afternoon, you have the chance to add some retail therapy to your day, as Andrea from Evah Live Active is giving us her Store space to come together.
